Job Description:

As the IT Support Engineer, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the client's IT infrastructure. Your role will involve researching, installing, modifying and performing minor repairs on hardware and software systems, ensuring that all technical processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsiblities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
• Maintaining good client relations.
• Tracking and managing work records.
• Compiling job reports.
• Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks
• Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues

Job Description:

pre-sales - giving detailed information about technical specifications and the ways in which they could meet a customer's needs. sales - negotiating a commercial agreement to the benefit of both the customer and supplier. post-sales (or after-sales) - providing the support of hardware and software.

Responsiblities Language: Both English & Arabic is a must

• speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone
• gain an understanding of customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
• carry out cold calling to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings

• Implementation of cloud systems, cloud migrations, backup and DR systems, containers, and virtualization etc.

• Working with vendors and distributors on acquisition, partnering and implementation of various solutions.
• Provide technical and presales assistance to sales and marketing team to convert opportunities into business.
• Having implementation knowledge in IP telephony (any vendor) would be an added advantage.

IT Infrastructure Team Lead

Job Description:

Perform site surveys, Plan, Design & Engineer Low Current & Security Systems. Defines project scope based on customers’ / prospects’ needs. Collaborate with project teams to have a successful implementation of the project with minimum cost. Provide Technical Sales Support & Application Design of Low Current Systems and support sale representatives in the field or in the meetings. Design and Prepare bill of quantities for comprehensive Low current systems for residential business, commercial & Industrial clients, etc. Provide guidance, direction, and assistance in the resolution of customer issues and sales team. Contribute to Requests for Pricing (RFP’s) and Requests for Information (RFI’s) responses. Check design compatibility / fitness of proposal.

Preparing Techno / Commercial submittals for projects Contact distributor / manufacturer and follow up on requested quotes and designs. Involved in validating technical specification and drawings. Estimate quantities & takeoff from approved shop drawings. Preparation of purchase request in line with approved material submittals (MTS), follow-up of PO with procurement team, ensuring swift delivery to site. Raising MIR (Material Inspection Request) and approval from client/consultant. Study all material submittals and technical proposals. Review shop drawings. Ensuring that the first and second fix is being done according to drawings and installation details. Ensure complete customer satisfaction which should result from proficient design and honest commitment.
